A New Way To Experience Bellanova Beauty Lab

In response to COVID-19, we are updating our procedures and offerings to ensure the safety of our staff, clients and community. We will be updating this page regularly as new information becomes available, as we continue to closely monitor guidance from local health officials and the Center for Disease Control.


Spa Appointments: 

  • Only one client will be present at the spa at the time of appointment
  • We ensure space between appointments and proper air circulation
  • All staff are required to wear masks and face shield
  • Guests are required to wear masks when not receiving a treatment that requires them to remove their mask (i.e. facial treatment) 
  • Check-in and check-out procedures have been updated to allow for safe social distancing
  • There will be a contactless health screening and temperature check upon guest arrival. Any guest with a temperature of 100.4°F or higher or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 (fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea) will be asked to reschedule their appointment
  • Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the spa
  • If you need to cancel or change your appointment due to COVID-19 we have a flexible cancellation and change policy


Enhanced Cleaning Procedures:

  • We use OSHA approved disinfectants and cleaning solutions
  • Surfaces and instruments are continuously cleaned and sanitized (i.e, door knobs, seating surfaces)
  • Treatment area is deep cleaned and sanitized in between appointments
